Kingston businessman ‘Roy Fowl’ shot dead in Kencot
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Businessman Owen Clarke otherwise called “Roy Fowl” and “Father Fowl” was shot dead by unknown assailants in Kencot in Half-Way Tree last night, the police have reported.
According to a report from the police’s Corporate Communications Unit (CCU), Clarke who is from a Wavel Avenue address was a patron at a party about 11:50 pm when armed men travelling on a motorcycle opened fire hitting him several times.
The police were alerted and he was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
