Bacchanal time!
Bacchanal Jamaica opened the 2019 carnival season with Xperience Cooler Fete at Mas Camp in St Andrew last Friday night. As we reported earlier this week, the many revellers were not disappointed, as you can see from OBSERVER PHOTOGRAPHER KARL MCLARTY’s report.
