The Crown witness in the Uchence Wilson gang trial this morning told the court that he made the decision to testify against his ex-accomplices because they caused him to be homeless and beat him for stealing a portion of the loot.

8. Couple charged after cops find 72 pounds of ganja in Kingston
A St Andrew businessman and his wife have been charged with several breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act, following the seizure of approximately 72 pounds of ganja at a premises on Old Hope Road, Kingston 6 yesterday.
9. Gov’t ramps up activities to combat illegal fishing
The Government will be spending $20 million to ramp up coastal surveillance and enforcement activities to militate against illegal fishing in Jamaican waters and protect the island’s fisheries sector.
10. US pilots reported problems with Boeing 737 MAX
As US authorities continued to resist pressure Wednesday to ground the Boeing 737 MAX following the latest deadly crash, reports from American pilots surfaced who reported issues with the plane late last year.
