Video: Stretch, Strength and Control

Tuesday Social

On Saturday last, Body Forté Limited celebrated International Pilates Day at their headquarters in Barbican with a host of activities that include free introductory pilates classes. With May internationally recognised as mental health month, Body Forté highlighted the use of various breathing and muscle-strengthening techniques to find mindfulness in movement and improve stress management and relaxation.

For its third-year anniversary Body Forté introduced 90 pilates virgins to the full Body Forté method, exposing them to movements on machines, such as Reformers, EXO chairs and Trapeze tables. Tuesday Social gets in for a stretch.
