Motorists urged to avoid Mountain View area after reports of heavy gunfire

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Constabulary Force is advising motorists to avoid the lower Mountain View and Langston Road area, as there are reports of heavy gunfire.

The police said members of a special operations team are currently on scene.
