#NextLevel2019 – The SMS committee team

The scale of the Sagicor Motivational Seminar (SMS) event was, in a word, ginormous! And definitely not for the faint-hearted. The SMS committee team, however, made it all seem effortless from check-in to checkout with a few rain storms in between. SO acknowledges the hard-working crew.

Success does not happen overnight; instead, it is achieved through strategic planning put into action. #Nextlevel Sagicor Motivational Seminar (SMS) delivered an epic three-day, power-packed conference, featuring engaging, inspirational and motivational speakers, expertly guided workshops and nightly entertainment held between the Montego Bay Convention Centre and the Iberostar Hotel.

The team behind the event comprised 12 SMS executive committee members supported by a number of other Sagicor team members in the areas of hospitality, event production, public relations and social media. Indeed, scores not in attendance but who watched via live streamed events spoke to feeling the pulse and energy in the room, whether it was from the main motivational platform at the Montego Bay Convention Centre or the specially curated nightly entertainment packages at the Iberostar Hotel.

No easy feat #SMS2019 took a year’s worth of planning, production meetings since April of this year, countless site visits and walk-throughs, many sleepless nights and 72 hours set-up time pre-kick-off day.

Cheers! Sagicor, it was definitely NEXT LEVEL.
