Police impose curfew in Kingston Eastern
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police have imposed a curfew in a section of the Kingston Eastern Divison, following Wednesday’s murder of an alleged gangster at a medical facility on Deanery Road.

The curfew began yesterday at 6:00 pm and will remain in effect until 6:00 pm Monday, October 28.
According to a release from the police, the boundaries of the curfew are:
North: Along Deanery Drive from the intersection with Fourth Avenue to Mountain View Avenue;
East: Along Mountain View Avenue from the intersection with Deanery Drive to Langston Road;
South: Along Langston Road from the intersection with Mountain View Avenue to Fourth Avenue;
West: Along Fourth Avenue from the intersection with Langston Road to Deanery Drive.
The police said during the hours of the curfew, residents are required to remain within their premises, unless otherwise authorised by the person in charge of the curfew.
