FLOW SMARTPHONE PROBLEM
Dear ClaudienneOn September 3, 2018, I purchased a smartphone from a FLOW dealer in Red Hills Mall on Red Hills Road.
On September 24, 2018 the battery died and all the attempts to charge the phone were unsuccessful. I asked a friend to take the phone back to the dealer and he was directed to take the instrument to the FLOW head office as it was under warranty.CADear CATell Claudienne contacted FLOW and note that your problem has been sorted out.We wish you all the best.
After the phone was taken to the head office on September 25, they called me to find out if I needed a loaner phone as it would take three to four weeks to repair the phone, However, up to December 6, 2018 the phone had not been fixed and I was told that they were waiting on a part.
This situation is unacceptable as I am missing a lot of calls because the ring on the loaner phone is extremely low and it does not vibrate. I also cannot access the Internet to keep in touch with family and friends.
I would appreciate your help in this matter.|
