A week of fabulous fare at JFDF
Jamaica’s passion for the ‘other white meat’ was evident Saturday evening as patrons tantalised their taste buds with all things pork at the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival’s (JFDF) Pork Palooza. The trek to St Peter’s Rock on Sunday for D’vine elicited effusive praise from guests who enjoyed a carefully curated 11-course tasting menu. Thankfully, there’s a rest day ahead of Chopstix on Wednesday. Come Thursday and Saturday downtown becomes the food epicentre with Crisp and Meet Street, respectively. Then get ready Friday for Picante at Constant Spring Golf Club. JFDF will spread its final tablecloth this year for Sunday brunch at Strawberry Hill.
