Cocaine worth $2m seized at Norman Manley Int’l Airport
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Narcotics Police are reporting the arrest of a male British national at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston on Monday, October 28, for breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act.
Reports are that about 7:00 pm the accused checked in to board an outgoing flight to London when he was searched and approximately four pounds of cocaine with an estimated street value of J$2 million found in his possession.
The identity of the man is being withheld pending further investigations, the police said.
