Spanish Town Examination Depot closed after positive COVID case
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica— The Spanish Town Examination Depot of the Island Traffic Authority (ITA) has been temporarily closed for deep cleaning and sanitisation.
This, the ITA said, is due to the confirmation of a positive COVID-19 case at the location.
People requiring the services of the depot are being asked to visit the next nearest depot as is convenient for urgent matters; while those who are scheduled for testing during the period of closure are being asked to contact the ITA at 876-754-2814 or 876-754-2816.
The ITA said it will notify the public when the depot will reopen.
It also said all staff at the location will be tested for the virus.
