Foska Is Milking It
“Drink more milk; it’s good for you.”
The echoes of our parents’ delightful nagging still live on in our heads today, but now we’re free to make our own choices, and if you happen to be vegan or lactose-intolerant, then the new Foska Oatmilk might be your new must-have.
I tried the brand-new Foska Oatmilk for the first time, and loved it! So much so that I now look forward to adding this new creamy beverage to everything. The Foska Oatmilk is a plant-based, vegan-friendly drink that combines oats, vitamins, minerals and water with no artificial flavours or preservatives. It is not just another milk substitute but also a very flavourful beverage that may be the new front-runner in the market. As someone who is a part of the lactose-intolerant family, I find the Foska Oatmilk a reliable alternative, as well.
If you are vegan or allergic to dairy milk, then I am sure it will be a suitable substitute for you too. Oat milk is lower in fat than cow’s milk, therefore oat milk is a recommended choice if you are looking to reduce your fat intake. In addition, having a nut allergy may prevent you from using almond milk as a substitute, yet another plus for the oat milk. If you are a university student always on the run like myself, the Foska Oatmilk with cereal will probably be one of the quickest meals you’ll ever make to start your day. Adding it to your list for your next supermarket run is a must.
It was heartening to discover that I am not the only one raving about the product. “I love Foska Oatmilk after trying it with old-fashioned oats for the first time; I would switch to oat milk any day… I am looking forward to picking it up at the supermarket, as I will be adding it to my coffee going forward,” shared office attendant Patricia Cohen. “You can have Foska Oatmilk with cereal for breakfast, lunch or dinner and it is quite affordable too.”
“Being a great source of vitamin A and iron, oat milk is on a health journey and I suggest moving with the wave, opined mother and office attendant Vivienne Thomas. “Making smoothies with oat milk to add to your kids’ lunch box may be a clever way to incorporate vitamins in their diet. It’s neither sweet nor fresh, just tasty.”
Foska Oatmilk can be used for anything from porridges to baking. Whether it be for fitness and health goals or simply personal preference, it is an excellent product to include in your diet. Try it and give me your feedback!
Foska Oatmilk is now available in supermarkets islandwide.
