J’can teen dead following dispute with man in St Mary
A teenager died while undergoing treatment, following a shooting incident in Boscobel, St Mary on Saturday (June 26).
According to police, reports are that 19-year-old Nicole Marshall was involved in a dispute with a man.
Police were called to the scene of the dispute and Marshall was taken to the police station while the man was transported to hospital.
However, shortly after returning home at around 8:00 p.m., Marshall was among a group of people when a white motorcar drove up and two men alighted opening gunfire at them.
Three persons were hit during the incident and were taken to hospital, Marshall was pronounced dead.
Police believe that associates of the injured male maybe responsible for the shooting.
