Omari Hutchinson, the 18-year-old starlet from the Arsenal academy, is one of seven newcomers invited by Reggae Boyz interim Coach Paul Hall for the May 25 friendly match against Catalonia at the Estadi Municipal de Montilivi in Giron, Spain.

English-born Hutchinson, linked to Jamaica through his parents, is said to be one of the most promising young players in England. He has scored six times in 17 matches in Premier League 2 this season.

Hutchinson, the Jamaica Observer has learnt, is still to get his Jamaican passport, but he is eligible to play the game against Cataloniais because the encounter is not sanctioned by Fifa and is outside of the official Fifa window.

Goalkeeper Corey Addai of Danish second division club Esbjerg fB, former England youth defender Joel Latibeaudiere of Swansea City in the English Championships, striker Johnson Clarke Harris of English Championship club Peterborough United, winger Rolando Aarons of Championship club Huddersfield Town, midfielder Jordan Cousins of Championship club Wigan Athletic, and former Jamaican Under-20 player Kameron Lacey, who plays for the University of Charlotte in the NCAA Division 1 are the other newcomers in the squad.
