Shelly-Ann Fraser -Pryce clocks world-leading 10.67 seconds to win 100m
PARIS, France — Double Olympic champion, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce won the 100m race at the Diamond League in Paris on Saturday.
The star sprinter clocked a blistering 10.67 seconds to match the world-leading time she set in May — her only other 100m race this year.
According to NBC Sports, reigning Olympic 100m champ Elaine Thompson-Herah, with a time of 10.79 is the next fastest woman across the 100m for 2022.
The Diamond League takes a break next week as countries like the US and Jamaica get ready to host their national championships. The meet will decide the athletes who will compete in the World Championships in Eugene, Oregon next month.
