Portland records sixth murder in 2022
PORTLAND, Jamaica – The northeast Jamaica parish of Portland has recorded its sixth murder since the start of 2022.
The victim is 29-year-old Roshane Golding of Nuttal Road in Port Antonio.
It is reported that Golding was on Nuttal Road as he made his way home when he was pounced upon by unknown assailant(s), who shot him multiple times.
Golding was able to make his way to the Port Antonio Hospital, which is on the same road, where he was admitted in serious condition. However, he died while undergoing treatment.
Police investigation is ongoing.
