WATCH: #UpNext: Zavo Style aiming to make it big

Zavo Style’s dream was to be a footballer. But when that dream failed to come to fruition, the artiste decided to rely on his natural talent and pursue a career in music.

“I was in high school when I got into music, but I wasn’t taking it seriously like to say this is my goal or this is what I want to do. Me just did a vibe more while, because at that time a different goal was in my head. At that time me did love football,” Zavo Style recalled.

Continuing, he said, “But you know when you a do a thing and people start acknowledge it? People around me start tell me that me really good at music so why not do it. And then the football thing was not working out and music did leave. With the people around me always a encourage me and tell me that my music bad, me just run with it and start go studio and them things. And from then until now me don’t look back.”

According to Zavo Style, although the reception to his music has been good, there are still some issues he wants to resolve.

He highlighted that he wants more exposure and also wants his music to be recognised both locally and internationally.

The artiste said that while he is doing his part in putting out good music, he is also looking for the right connections and links to get to the next level in his career.

“Lately it (his music) has been picking up a little, just need some more exposure and more help to get out there to the wider world because the talent is there, just need more exposure so more people know about the thing,” the artiste said.

“I just need the right link and people around to get me out there, so the world will know me more so a just that a the aim right now. Me still a put in my work on my end and a try get other people to know about my music and spread my wings same way. Because even if it takes a little time, me just a keep do my thing,” Zavo Style added.

The artiste said while he waits for his big break he will continue working hard and putting out good music for all to enjoy.

Zavo Style told OBSERVER ONLINE that he has a music video from a collaboration with another up-and-coming artiste that will be released shortly. This video and his catalogue can be found on his YouTube page named Zavo Energy.
