BOB Marley and the Wailers is charting a new entry on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart. New at number five is Bob Marley and the Chineke! Orchestra credited to Bob Marley and the Wailers and Chineke! Orchestra.

Chineke! Orchestra is a British orchestra, the first professional orchestra in Europe to be made up of majority black, Asian and ethnically diverse musicians.

Recorded at the famed Abbey Road Studios in the United Kingdom, the 10-track set was released on July 22 via Universal Island Records Limited. It features some of Marley’s best-known songs reworked with the Chineke! Orchestra.

Among the tracks are Satisfy My Soul, Get Up Stand Up, Exodus, Is This Love and Redemption Song. The project was produced by Nick Patrick.

Still on the Billboard reggae table, Legend by Bob Marley and the Wailers clocks 134 weeks in the number one spot, while Best of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection by Shaggy is steady at number two.

World on Fire, a 2019 chart-topping set by Stick Figure, inches up to three, while Greatest Hits by UB40 is at four.

Set in Stone by Stick Figure is firm at six, while Sean Paul pulls a double with Dutty Classics Collection and Dutty Rock at seven and eight.

Burna Boy’s Outside is at nine, while Time Bomb by Iration dips to 10.

On Billboard‘s US Afrobeats Songs chart, Toni Ann Singh by Burna Boy and Popcaan dips from 14 to 17, while new at seven is Nigerian singer Tems with her cover of Bob Marley’s No Woman No Cry.

On the South Florida Reggae chart, veterans Dean Fraser, Ernie Ranglin and Big Youth take over the number one spot with De Ranglin.

Making moves are Jah Shall Wipe Away all the Tears by Carlene Davis which moves from five to four; Righteous People by Wayne Armond bullets from 12 to six; while Twiggi’s Love Lost rides from 11 to nine.

New entries are Blessings by Benaiah at 23, and Mama Don’t Cry by Kenya Morris featuring Webbo Don at 25.

On the Foundation Radio Network (New York) Reggae chart, Diamonds in the Sky by Tanya Stephens, Cedella Marley and Diana King remain on top for another week.

Queen by Nadine Sutherland rises from seven to four, while Reverse the Cure by Richie Stephens bullets from 12 to six.

Julian Marley’s remake of The Tide is High skips from 19 to 15, while Naomi Cowan’s Kingston Traffic cruises from 24 to 20.

The sole new entry is Always and Forever by Leroy Smart at number 29.
