The César: A Proven Choice

Last Saturday, Proven Real Estate Investment Trust said “welcome home” to some of the residents of its third project in collaboration with Matalon Homes — The César. The Millsborough Avenue-located gated community comprises six villas and nine apartments. The two-and three-storey villas range between 4,465 and 5,581 square feet. The apartments, which are two or three bedrooms, are between 1,355 and 1,950 square feet, respectively.

A César resident opened their villa, described by the developers as “a sophisticated space that reflects the magical merging of inspiration and architecture”, to host the elevated block party. The well-appointed community offers its residents safety, privacy, high property value, a strategically central location, and a sense of community.
