Heights target Cambridge in Sandals Resorts Major League
MONTEGO BAY, St James — Heights FC will be seeking back-to-back wins to start the St James Football Association Sandals Resorts Major League when they take on Cambridge FC at the UDC Field today.
Heights FC and former champions Reggae Youths won their games last weekend when the competition got underway.
Heights FC beat Montego Bay Boys Club 3-1 and shares the early lead with Reggae Youths while Cambridge will be making their first appearance of the season.
Also today, Lilliput Rovers will take on Montego Bay Boys Club at Spot Valley High while Flanker FC and Granville United will play at Flankers.
All four teams will be seeking their first win after Lilliput Rovers and Flanker FC both drew their opening games, while Boys Club and Granville United lost their games.
Lilliput Rovers came from behind twice to earn a 2-2 draw against Flanker United while at Granville, Oshane Thompson scored a first-half double for Reggae Youths in their 5-2 win.
