Husband of murdered hotel worker in custody
HANOVER, Jamaica — The husband of a 35-year-old hotel worker who was found dead at her house on Tuesday is now in police custody.

According to OBSERVER ONLINE sources, the man was taken into custody while in another parish. He is to be transferred to Hanover for questioning.
The decomposing body of 35-year-old Judeen Smith, who worked as a chef at one of Hanover’s larger hotels, was found at the couple’s house in Santoy, Hanover.
Her husband was not at home at the time her body was found. The police had been trying to locate him ever since.
Smith leaves behind at least two children.
