Business Social — November 23, 2022

Trade, export, exhibitors, and buyers were some of the buzzwords heard during the media launch of Expo Jamaica 2023 Friday last.

Held in the form of a corporate mingle at the BMW ATL Autobahn showroom in New Kingston, the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA)-hosted event saw the convergence of government officials, sponsors, representatives of Jamaica Promotions Corporation, and private sector stakeholders that included JMEA members. Most notably, Senator Aubyn Hill, in his usual, consistent style, driving the message of closing Jamaica’s trade gap with his colleague senator, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Kamina Johnson Smith, providing support.

In between speeches, the event’s hostess Debbie Bissoon invited guests to engage in sip n’ paint and mixology activities. Business Social presents highlights from the launch event.
