Chronic Law gets slice of Wedding Cake rhythm

ST Thomas-born dancehall star Chronic Law is generating a lot of heat with his pro-weed anthem, Wedding Cake.

Released one month ago, the song is produced by Boko B.

“The fans really love this song right now as it is streaming very well and the song is getting great feedback in the streets of Jamaica because of the lyrics. The thing is, Wedding Cake is the name of the strain of weed which is very popular in Jamaica right now so that’s where the Wedding Cake idea comes from,” said producer Boko B, CEO of Control Tower Squad (CTS).

The Wedding Cake rhythm project features Ding Dong, Shane O, Harry Toddler, Flava Don, Equipment, Ras Charmer, Krysie and Disturb, and is released on the Control Tower Squad label.

“Chronic Law is a genius,” Boko B said.

Chronic Law, one of the best-streaming dancehall artistes in Jamaica, has his sights set on being one of the greatest lyricists of this generation.
