Alexander’s Restaurant promises to wow diners with new menu

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Alexander’s Restaurant, located at the Courtleigh Hotel & Suites in New Kingston, is looking to wow patrons with its new nine-course dinner menu.

Celia Steele, Sales Manager at the Courtleigh Hotel & Suites, said the new menu will offer an exceptional dining experience to patrons.

“The whole push is the new dining experience. Before the pandemic, we used to have one menu that’s used for lunch and dinner right across the board. But, now we have a dinner experience that’s an exclusive menu for the evening, which is now officially launched,” Steele told OBSERVER ONLINE.

“Each item is on the menu and they can choose as they desire. It’s an à la carte restaurant, but this is the new experience with the dining menu going forward,” she said.

The Alexander’s Restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and caters for both Jamaican and international cuisine to please the most discerning palate.

Steele boasted that the menu offers a variety of delicious meals and added that Alexander’s Executive Chef, Fredrick Gayle’s creativity in the kitchen is bringing a fun, high-level eating experience for diners to enjoy.

“For me, I enjoyed personally from start to finish. There was not a meal that I did not like, there was nothing that I regret. There was nothing that I said ‘ugh this wasn’t so much’. I had an awesome experience. My taste buds were awakened with just how he [chef] used pepper foam that wasn’t overpowering, how he used popcorn in a salad. It was just the creativity for me that made the experience just a memorable one,” Steele said.

“Especially under the leadership of executive chef Fredrick Gayle, I would definitely recommend anyone to Alexander’s. And you know what the biggest thing is, he is 100 per cent Jamaica. We are owned by a Jamaican family and we believe in our country. He is Jamaican and he is bringing a different level of cuisine for us to enjoy. I highly recommend it,” she added.

Add Alexander’s Restaurant at the Courtleigh Hotel and Suites to your list of places to wine and dine with your family and friends.
