The Perfect Christmas Feast — National Style
Ham Slider
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
For coleslaw
1 cup shaved white cabbage
½ cup shaved red cabbage
2 tbsp shredded carrot
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp onion, grated
1 tsp honey
For sandwich
8 National premium rolls
8 slices prepared Christmas ham
Method
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, white vinegar, grated onion and honey.
Add shaved white cabbage, red cabbage and carrot to the wet mixture.
Toast premium rolls and stack with ham and coleslaw.
