Rap star Offset, in Jamaica with Cardi B, to host party at MECA on Friday
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Rap star Offset, who is in Jamaica with wife Cardi B, will host a party at the MECA nightclub in St Andrew on Friday night.
“This is an exclusive event, only a few hundred tickets will be available to the public. They go online on December 14, first come first served basis. No comps or special guests,” said MECA in a press release, noting that it was a “task” choosing who gets to buy tickets because of the club’s capacity of less than 1,000 people.
“We believe we have priced the limited tickets fairly, allowing our regular supporters to afford whilst not compromising on the exclusive nature of the event,” the release stated.
The event kicks off at 10pm.
Offset is a third of the Grammy-nominated rap trio Migos, which recently lost member Takeoff in a shooting in the US.
He and rap superstar wife Cardi B have been vacationing in the island since earlier this week and have been spotted at Dunn’s River, Margaritaville and Blue Hole in Ocho Rios, and at the Romeich Entertainment headquarters in Kingston.
