CTG boost for VJH
FOUR well-needed cardiotocography (CTG) machines were recently handed over to Victoria Jubilee Hospital by the Guardian Group as part of its commitment to funding medical equipment needed for preventative care, health and wellness.
The CTG machines are used in the process of monitoring heart rates and maternal uterine contractions before, or during labour, to determine if the unborn neonate is in any form of distress.
