41) Motorists who fail to comply with traffic signs or the direction of a member of the police force before turning into or crossing a major road where the roadway is not controlled by a traffic light face a fine of $10,000.
42) Motorists exceeding the speed limit by between 16 and 32 kilometres per hour will face a fine of $12,000.
43) Motorists exceeding the speed limit by between 33 and 49 kilometres per hour will be fined $20,000.
44) Motorists exceeding the speed limit by 50 or more kilometres per hour will face a fine of $30,000.
45) Drivers exceeding the speed limit by 59 or more kilometres in a school zone will face a fine of $30,000.
46) The use of electronic device such as a television or video within the driver’s line of sight while driving could result in a fine of $10,000.
47) People found driving a defective motor vehicle will face a fine of $10,000.
48) A motorcycle driver not ensuring a pillion wears a helmet could face a fine of $8,000.
49) A driver overtaking without a clear view of the road ahead will be fined $10,000.
50) Motorists caught disobeying a traffic light or stop sign will face a fine of $10,000.
51) People who ‘aid and abet’ a person to drive without a driver’s licence or permit will face a fine of $15,000.
52) People found operating a vehicle with no brake light will face a fine of $5,000.
