Executive & Director Changes

Leo Williams was appointed chairman of Everything Fresh Limited’s corporate governance committee while Garret Gardner joined the same committee effective January 10.

Mark Kerr-Jarrett was appointed a member of Elite Diagnostic Limited’s audit committee effective January 12. Dr Neil Fong has been appointed the company secretary of Elite Diagnostic effective February 10.

Hugh Hart is set to retire as chairman of Proven Group Limited effective March 31 with deputy chairman and company secretary Rhory McNamara assuming the role of chairman on the same date.

Market Sales & Events

A connected party of Massy Holdings Limited purchased 6,207,000 shares at TT$4.50 for a consideration of TT$27.93 million on February 15. A senior officer of Tropical Battery Company Limited purchased 196,000 shares on February 15. A connected party of Ironrock Insurance Company Limited purchased 949,929 shares for a consideration of $1.80 million on February 16.

Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited – Value Fund repurchased 2,179 shares for $93,252.50 between February 6 to 13.

Regency Petroleum Company Limited has decided to forego posting its fourth quarter financial statements and will instead file its 2022 audited financial statements on or before March 1.

Jamaican Teas Limited’s 2022 annual report will not be submitted until March 14.

Cargo Handlers Limited has declared a dividend of $0.155 to be paid on March 29 to shareholders on record as of March 6. This payment totals $64.52 million.

Sterling Investments Limited has declared a dividend of US$ 0.000501 to be paid on March 29 to shareholders on record as of March 8. This payment totals US$215.250.72.

Dolphin Cove Limited will consider an interim ordinary dividend today at its board meeting while The Jamaica Public Service Company Limited will consider dividend payments for its class B, C, D, E and F preference shares today. Jamaica Broilers Group Limited will consider a ordinary dividend declaration on Saturday. PanJam Investment Limited and Eppley Limited will consider interim ordinary dividend payments at their board meeting on February 27 and 28.

GraceKennedy Limited will consider an interim dividend for payment in April at its board meeting on March 1.
