Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw signs contract extension with Nike

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Prolific Reggae Girlz striker Khadija “Bunny” Shaw has signed a contract extension with top sports brand Nike.

Shaw made the announcement via social media on Thursday.

The Manchester City striker, who is Jamaica’s all-time leading scorer, first inked a deal with Nike in 2019, becoming the first female football player from Jamaica and the Caribbean to sign such a deal.

In addition, she joined a top-class line of Nike-sponsored athletes in various sports such as NBA legend Michael Jordan, NBA superstar LeBron James, and football megastar Cristiano Ronaldo among others.

Shaw also sealed a two-year brand partnership with KFC in 2022.
