Dividend Declarations

Dolphin Cove Limited has declared a dividend $0.40 to be paid on March 27 to shareholders on record as of March 10. This payment totals $156.97 million.

The Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) declared a dividend of US$0.23684931507 or US$581,608.84, for its Class F preference shares, to be paid on March 24 to shareholders on record as of March 13.

PanJam Investment Limited has declared its first interim dividend of $0.225 to be paid on March 30 to shareholders on record as of March 14. This payment totals $239.89 million.

JPS has declared a dividend on its preference shares: seven per cent (B) — $0.035; five per cent (C) — $0.025; five per cent (D) — $0.025; and six per cent (E) — $0.03. These will be paid on March 31 to shareholders on record as of March 15.

Eppley Limited has declared a dividend of $1.00 to be paid on March 31 to shareholders on record as of March 15. This payment totals $192.47 million.

Guardian Holdings Limited has declared a dividend of TTD$0.52 to be paid on April 3 to shareholders on record as of March 14. This payment totals TTD$120.65 million.

Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC – Value Fund has declared a dividend of BDS$0.0015 to be paid on April 4 to shareholders on record as of March 17. This payment totals BDS$204,067.45.

GraceKennedy has declared a dividend of $0.50 to be paid on April 6 to shareholders on record as of March 17. This payment totals $495.56 million.

Jamaica Broilers Group Limited has declared a dividend of $0.42 to be paid on April 14 to shareholders on record as of March 17. This payment totals $503.70 million and is a 35 per cent increase over the prior year dividend payment.

Sygnus Credit Investments Limited has declared a dividend of US$0.00169 to be paid on April 5 to shareholders on record as of March 23. This payment totals US$998,748.53.

Dolla Financial Services Limited has declared a dividend of $0.02 to be paid on April 6 to shareholders on record as of March 23. This payment totals $50 million.

Scotia Group Jamaica Limited will consider an interim dividend payment at its board meeting tomorrow while Supreme Ventures Limited has postponed its dividend consideration at a board meeting from March 1 to March 28.

Market Sales & Events

A director of Jamaican Teas Limited sold 252,500 shares between February 16 to 17 and 30,397 shares between February 24 to 28. A connected party of Massy Holdings Limited purchased 210 shares on February 22 on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE). A senior manager of Barita Investments Limited sold 30,000 shares for a consideration of $2.40 million on March 1. A total of 31 senior managers and executives of GraceKennedy Limited received 3,839,914 shares on March 1 as part of their long-term incentive scheme. A connected party of Mayberry Investments Limited purchased 213,277 shares for a consideration of $1.88 million on March 2.

Gladstone Lewars has been appointed as a director of Main Event Entertainment Group Limited effective February 28.

Avinash Bissessar has been promoted from country manager of JMMB Trinidad and Tobago to group chief investment officer of JMMB Group Limited effective March 1.

Keisha Smith will be leaving Access Financial Services Limited on April 7.

Keisha Smith has resigned as the manager for human resources and training of Access Financial Services Limited effective April 7.

Dolla Financial Services Limited, KLE Group Limited, FosRich Company Limited, Jetcon Corporation Limited, EduFocal Limited, Supreme Ventures Limited, Caribbean Cement Company Limited, and Victoria Mutual Investments Limited’s 2022 audited financial statements have all been delayed due to different issues. They should be submitted later this month.
