M10 has scored a bullseye with the opening of its second location at Shop 24, 76 Premier Business Park, 73 Red Hills Road. The chic 2,000 sq ft endroit located on the upper level of the complex affords indoor and outside dining. Thursday Food suggests inside during the day and al fresco come evening.

It’s pretty evident as one steps inside that CEO and Managing Director Marvin Tenn has put much thought into this latest venture. Think: New York-style roof bar with a well-appointed bar, TV screens, hand-crafted cocktails, comfy seating and the ubiquitous IG spots. Indeed, Tenn and project lead Suzanne Hendricks’s vision was of a contemporary space suitable for families, major sporting events and of course a comfortable dining space. The team selected for the nine-month project included Jackie Douglas-Brown from Jaydesign who handled design of the location. Tables, chairs and countertop design were handled by Gail Lynshue of Design and Build, with D and L Apparel Ltd, the cushions, and Daniel Smikle, the couch. Image One constructed both bars for and on behalf of Appleton. Image One was also responsible for the #10 sign while Shamari Abrahams designed the M10 logo.

What has remained constant are the seasoning hands of celebrated Chef Claudette Tenn. Elevated hors d’oeuvres like curried goat spring rolls, mackerel run down bruschetta, chicken strips and panko shrimps, to name a few, are signature offerings at this new location. But comfort faves like curried goat, oxtail and steamed fish washed down with white rum splashed with coconut water are also available. Whether you opt to dine at the Vineyard Town or Red Hills Road location M10’s commitment to culinary excellence and innovation is unquestionable.
