Friday last, it was strictly fun, friends and “good ol’ days” music at Strictly 2K as partygoers flocked to the Wray & Nephew Limited, Coca-Cola and BOOM Energy Drink-sponsored event held at Mas Camp. VIP ticket holders had a more exclusive experience as they enjoyed unlimited drinks and an array of dishes from KukUp Kreations.

Patrons showed off their style in throwback fashion capturing the theme, which was everything 2000s, whilst deejays Heavy D Chromatic, Kurt Riley, Copper Shot, and ZJ Chrome took turns on the ones and twos, capturing the nostalgia of the early 2000s with old and new hits. While the music set the tone for the night, it was the performance of dancehall artiste Latifah “Tifa” Brown that had the crowd in overdrive when she delivered faves like Move Your Body, Matie Wine, Jealous Ova and Spell It Out. Also delivering hits from his catalogue Mama Love, Basic, Affi Mek It and Virgin was Kirk “Jah Vinci” Rhoden.

The event, powered by Starlight Productions, climaxed in a burst of confetti with patrons, phones in hand, capturing the moment on camera.
