UTech resolves outstanding certificate
Dear Claudienne,
I am a past student of UTech/JIM, Port Antonio, Portland. I started my studies in the year 2011 and completed the course in 2014. I was given the ID number PA/ASD/11/408. As I have still not received the certificate for my Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech) to date, your assistance to obtain it will be highly appreciated.

Tell Claudienne contacted UTech and was told that you are owing an outstanding amount for the course that must be paid in order for you to obtain the certificate
The amount you owe is in dispute; however, as you claim that your father paid the fees for your courses and that you were not aware that there was an outstanding balance.
You requested a statement from UTech that would inform you of the sum owed and the column notes that the university has sent it to you.
You have informed Tell Claudienne that you are in dialogue with UTech to pay the outstanding balance and the university has told the column that the arrangements will be made for the printing and issuing of your certificate after the payment has been finalised.
