British rapper J Hus collaborates with Popcaan on new album
British rapper and singer J Hus, who previously collaborated with Koffee on the gold-certified single Repeat, has collaborated with another Jamaican artiste.
Dancehall artiste Popcaan is featured on the track Killy, which is on J Hus’s third studio album Beautiful and Brutal Yard, which was released on Friday.
British-Jamaican singer Jorja Smith is featured on the track Nice Body, while Nigerian singer Burna Boy collaborates on Masculine. Canadian rapper Drake teams up on the single Who Told You, which recently peaked at number two on the British chart.
J Hus, who is credited with pioneering the genre afroswing, is best known for songs such as Play Play (with Burna Boy), Did You See, Must Be and Dem Boy Paigon.
J Hus has three BPI-certified gold singles, five BPI certified silver singles and three platinum selling singles to his credit.
