All set for Campari Dream Weekend
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The stage is set for Campari Dream expected to get underway on Friday. Organisers of the highly-anticipated summer event, say they are ready to ‘level up your summer’ as the party series guarantees a weekend chock-full of entertainment.
According to a release from the promoters on Thursday, the series which is celebrating its 14th anniversary, will be the pinnacle of summer excitement on the local entertainment circuit, drawing hundreds of patrons from across the globe.
Pavel Smith, marketing manager J Wray & Nephew Limited, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership between Campari and Dream Weekend organisers stating, “we could not be happier to partner with Dream Weekend to deliver quality entertainment for partygoers locally and those within the diaspora. With Dream Weekend’s move to provide a strictly VIP experience, we saw it as the perfect event series to Level Up Your Summer and kickstart Emancipendence celebrations in Jamaica.”
The Campari Dream Weekend series is all set to take place over five days, from July 28 to August 1, at its home base in Negril. This year’s line-up promises non-stop entertainment and electrifying performances, featuring talented artistes and DJs who will keep the energy soaring.
As the presenting partner of this extraordinary event, Campari is geared up to showcase its unwavering support for Jamaica’s local entertainment industry and elevate the overall experience for party-goers.
The event schedule for Dream Weekend 2023 is as follows:
Friday, July 28: Kickstart the weekend with Celebrity Playground at Wavz Beach, Negril, featuring a live performance from Skeng as well as an array of local and international DJs.
Saturday, July 29: Immerse in the ultimate day-to-night event with Day Dreams White Sands featuring dancehall’s diva, Shenseea.
Saturday, July 29: Gear up for the epic music festival experience with Yush, featuring Grammy-nominated Wayne Wonder, where there will be no holding back from his catalogue of chart-topping hits.
Sunday, July 30: Release your inner wild child with Wet and Wild where a surprise guest artist will level up the vibes.
Sunday, July 30: Make your way to World Vibes to see fast-rising dancehall star Chronic Law.
Monday, July 31: Mawnin’ After will yield no regrets with Dancehall songstress Stalk Ashley at the helm.
Monday, July 31: There’s no better place than Negril to enjoy Island Beats featuring an eclectic line-up of Stefflon Don, Ding Dong, and Roze Don, who will keep patrons raving through the night and into the early morning hours.
Tuesday, August 1: Conclude the Campari Dream Weekend experience with an epic finale, featuring the sensational Valiant at Igloo, an unforgettable climax to an extraordinary summer celebration.
