Chef Charissa Henry-Skyers, a Johnson & Wales-trained chef, opened her very own special event catering company Pink Apron — which will celebrate its nine-year anniversary this November. Chef Henry-Skyers’ style is modern international fusion cuisine. Her unique approach to cooking makes her food absolutely enjoyable and leaves diners wanting more.
