‘What’s Popping’ charged for allegedly stealing items valued at $1 million
KINGSTON, Jamaica – A 39-year-old man from Kingston has been charged with house breaking and larceny after allegedly stealing approximately $1 million worth of items from a premises on Witcombe Road, Kingston 6 on Tuesday, June 6.
He is Steve Mitchell otherwise called ‘What’s Popping’ of Upper Waterloo, Kingston 10.
Reports from the Half-Way Tree police are that about 12:00 pm, Mitchell and another man were allegedly seen stealing a number of items valued about $1 million. A report was made to the police and Mitchell was subsequently arrested.
A court date for him is being finalised.
