Sean Paul tops Billboard’s Latin Rhythm Airplay chart

Nina Bonita, a collaboration between Colombian singer Feid and Sean Paul, spends its second week at the top of Billboard’s Latin Rhythm Airplay chart. Last week, it clocked one week on top of the Latin Airplay chart.

Released in April, via Universal Music Latin, the official video for Nina Bonita has so far racked up more than 40 million views on YouTube. The song is about a man that falls in love with a woman, even after he told himself to never fall in love.

This is Sean Paul’s third chart-topper on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart. Passion Whine, featuring Farruko, spent a week on top in 2014, while three years later Subeme La Radio by Enrique Iglesias and featuring Sean Paul and Descemer Bueno clocked a week at #1.

Over on Latin Airplay, Nina Bonita falls from its peak at #1 to #3. This is Sean Paul’s fourth entry on this chart and his second chart-topper, following Subeme La Radio in 2017.

On Billboard’s Top Rap Albums chart, the mixtape A Love Letter to You 5 by American rapper and singer Trippie Redd debuts at #2. It also enters the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart at #3. On the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart, it debuts at #13. The project features the song Helicopter featuring dancehall artiste Tommy Lee Sparta.

Over to the Billboard Reggae Albums chart, Bob Marley and the Wailers continue their extended reign at #1 with Legend, clocking 188 non-consecutive weeks.

Best of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection by Shaggy remains at #2, while No Love by Byron Messia improves from #4 to #3.

Dutty Classics Collection by Sean Paul inches up to #4, while Greatest Hits by UB40 rebounds to #5. Stick Figure occupies positions #6, #7, and #8 with Set in Stone, Wisdom, and World on Fire.

Dutty Rock by Sean Paul moves up to #9 and Endless Summer by The Elovaters crashes from #3 to #10.

On US Afrobeats Songs chart, Talibans II by Burna Boy and Byron Messia slips from #3 to #4. The song is #19 on the Nigeria Hot 100 Airplay chart.

The original version of Talibans continues to make moves on multiple Billboard charts. On R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, the song rises from #32 to #27 in its ninth week, while on Rap Airplay it backtracks from #15 to #17.

Talibans bounces from #24 to #20 on Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, while holding firm at #20 on Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay.

Anthony B’s collaboration with Dante Bowe, titled Wind Me Up, slips from #15 to #16 on Adult R&B Airplay.

Over on the South Florida Reggae chart, I’ll be Waiting by Freddie McGregor takes over the #1 spot.

A remake of Don’t Know Much by Hopeton Lindo and Novel-T steps up from #13 to #9.

Jah Love Army (#24) by Rod Spence and Rasta Man (#25) by Richie Spice are this week’s new entries.

Lord I Thank You by Nitty Kutchie and Buju Banton spends a third week in the #1 spot on the New York Reggae chart.

Big movers this week are My Sweet Lord by Damian Marley (from #20 to #15), Love Yu Self (#26 to #20) by Khristopher and Rasta Man (#27 to #21) by Richie Spice.

No Obeah Man by De Flame and Beenie Man (#25), I’m the One by Kenya Morris (#26), and Don’t Know Much by Hopeton Lindo and Novel-T (#28) are this week’s new entries.
