Farmer charged with allegedly raping teenage girl

ST ANN, Jamaica – A 30-year-old farmer has been charged with the alleged rape of a teenage girl in his community on Friday, August 18.

The man is said to be from a D’Acre address in St Ann.

Reports are that about 9:40 pm, the teen was in a vehicle occupied by Wilson engaging in a conversation. It is alleged that Wilson then forced himself on the teen and sexually assaulted her. A report was made to the police and an investigation was launched.

He was subsequently arrested and charged with rape.
