Fashion choices at Sunday’s New Wave Block Party ran the gamut from dresses to jumpsuits and everything in between.
But it was the laid-back looks of patrons — who effortlessly made waves in comfy-chic ‘fits — that got the most attention, suggesting that festival-esque attire has slowly shifted from statement-making to fab and easy.
