Gulfstream announcer Peter Aiello set to make local debut on Jamaica Cup raceday

Peter Aiello, a well-known Gulfstream Park race announcer, will make his Caymanas Park debut on November 11, during the third running of the Jamaica Cup, sponsored by Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL).

Aiello, a famililar voice involved with some of the most famous horse-racing events in the United States, will offer his knowledge to one of Jamaica’s most anticipated race days.

Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited (SVREL) Executive Chairman Solomon Sharpe was overjoyed to share the news of Aiello’s presence and involvement at the Jamaica Cup Race Day.

“We’re very excited to have Peter join us at Caymanas Park as announcer during one of our most exciting race days. His presence will undoubtedly add an extra layer of excitement to the event, and we are confident that racegoers and viewers alike will appreciate his expertise and passion for the sport. We hope this is the start of future partnerships between Peter and Caymanas Park,” Sharpe said.

Aiello was equally excited about traveling to Jamaica for this crucial race day.

“As an avid fan of the Jamaica horse-racing scene, I’m beyond excited to make my first trip to Caymanas Park to see racing live. I cannot wait to meet everyone and thank Supreme Ventures [Racing and Entertainment Limited] and Solomon Sharpe for the kind invitation,” said Aiello.

The Jamaica Cup is the last significant event before the highly anticipated Mouttet Mile Invitational on December 2. In addition to the main event, the undercard will have eight high-stakes races contested by top horses, jockeys, and trainers. The Jamaica Cup race day promises to reach new heights in terms of excitement and engagement, with Peter Aiello as the announcer and SVL-sponsored gifts for punters and patrons.
