Observer journalist gives UTech 65th Anniversary Distinguished Public Lecture
Jamaica Observer Founding Editor Desmond Allen delivered the University of Technology, Jamaica’s 65th Anniversary Distinguished Public Lecture last week, as part of his 50th anniversary in journalism celebrations, at the institution’s Papine campus, St Andrew.
