An evening with Select Brands & Rainforest Caribbean

Select Brands and Rainforest Caribbean recently made a bold pairing with a splendid showcase highlighting impressive portfolios from their respective brands. The aptly themed ‘Have A Drink With Us’ event afforded guests a meandering on Select Brands’ extensive potations flowing effortlessly with the delectable bites from Rainforest Caribbean.

The tranquil Cinnamon Hill Golf Club played host to this harmonious soirée last Thursday in Montego Bay. The outlay featured food stations and bars with brand representatives giving insight into the night’s selections.

“We wanted to reconnect with our customers from the north coast and western Jamaica and to reintroduce them to our carefully curated but extensive portfolio of wines, spirits, beers and specialty brands. We also took this opportunity to celebrate and show appreciation for our customers, from community bars to hotels, who have been a core driver for Select Brands’ success for the past 12 years,” Jaime Smith, marketing manager, Select Brands, stated.

Rainforest Caribbean Group Communication Manager Bethany Young also spoke on the reason for the evening.

“Rainforest Caribbean and Select Brands partnered on the event to thank our customers and showcase our respective product offerings. It was the perfect partnership, as our offerings are complementary, and our teams were eager to work together for an exciting affair for our valued customers,” Young said.

“At Rainforest, we are continuously diversifying our product portfolio and each of our stations at this event showcased new additions to our range. For the ‘Taste of Spain’ station, Rainforest flew in Chef Jordi from Barcelona, Spain, who prepared an assortment of tapas as well as a delightful paella. The ‘Oh the Pastabilities’ featured pasta creations from Seafood Market Executive Chef Dennis Brown. This station highlighted that Rainforest now offers different pasta types as well as dairy products like cream and cheese. The ‘Beefology’ station was headed by Chef Dalton Williams and featured a succulent beef tenderloin and striploin, the newest to Rainforest’s portfolio,” Young explained.
