The 876ixers Domino Club advanced to the 2023 Winners Domino Christmas League grand finals after handily defeating Container Enterprise 150-119 in their semi-final match on Wednesday at the Mystic Sports Bar and Lounge.

In the first half of the game, neither 876ixers nor Container Enterprise were granted any advantage. They fought hard as all tables held their own, with both sides even at 76-76 at the interval.

In the second half, the 876ixers found their groove and proceeded to overwhelm their opponents. The 876ixers had gained two points from the one-away rule, whereas Container Enterprise had gained only one.

Things grew even sweeter for the 876ixers when they won three derby (two point) games to Container Enterprise’s one, establishing a comfortable advantage moving into the game’s final stage. The 876ixers, who changed tables seven times during the match, won three times with a clean sweep of all tables. During the game, the score was tied 14 times. The 876ixers’ Likkleman and Shampoo were named Most Outstanding Players after scoring 44 points in the match.
