Gas prices up $2.06, diesel up $0.95
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, December 28, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $2.06 90-octane will be sold for $174.56 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $168.45.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $170.99 per litre after an increase of $0.95 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $179.68 per litre up by $2.25.
Kerosene increased by $3.06 and will be sold for $179.84 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $72.44 per litre up by $1.00 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $81.70 per litre after an increase of $1.10.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
