To my fellow trainers:
I just want to thank God for the gift of life on the beginning of this new year – no complaints, no regrets, just thankful. Let us learn how to communicate, apologise, be truthful, and accept accountability.
The beginning of the new year symbolises a fresh chapter, unwritten and full of potential. It’s time to set new goals, embrace challenges, and cherish the lessons learned from the past. There is a collective sense of optimism, a shared belief that the new year holds the promise of positive change which will create memorable experiences.
Let us welcome 2024 with open hearts, hopeful spirits, and a determination to be successful in a year filled with joy and meaningful connections/partnerships. Let us try to rid ourselves of the crass, crude behaviour that has taken over the track, Jamaica, and the world. Let us try to remember what love means.
