Dean Fraser and friends for Downtown Jazz Series

by excellent creativity and audience lure, the enterprising Dean Fraser scours the musical terrain in search of talent and opportunities.

Drawing from a repertoire that spans mento, ska, jazz, and the most engaging popular music, the saxophonist’s penchant for reinterpreting genres is central to his success as the most eclectic voice on the reeds available to us in Jamaica.

Fraser’s Quartet opens Herbie Miller Presents new jazz series at the aesthetically delightful F&B Restaurant in the Renaissance city of downtown Kingston.

Chris McDonald on keyboard, Michael Fletcher on bass, and the sensational drummer Desi Jones will join him.

The group will perform on Friday, February 26, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
