Adidas reportedly set to release ‘Bob Marley’ sneaker
Adidas is reportedly releasing a special edition of its retro SL 72 running sneaker in collaboration with Bob Marley’s estate.
According to an article from Complex Magazine, the Bob Marley x Adidas SL 72 is scheduled to launch as part of Adidas’ Summer 2024 range. The article said Adidas haven’t yet made an official announcement regarding the new sneaker but said Zuri Marley, granddaughter of the late reggae icon, posted a pair on her TikTok account recently.
The sneaker reportedly has Marley’s image and name on the tongue and sock liner. His signature is also allegedly embossed on the heel in gold.
The shoe reportedly comes in a black upper with green and wine-coloured sections along the sole.
