Dr Kevin Blake appointed Police Commissioner

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Deputy Commissioner Dr Kevin Blake has been appointed as the next head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

The announcement was made by Minister of National Security, Dr  Horace Chang, during a post-cabinet media briefing on Wednesday.

Dr Chang revealed that Blake will assume his new role on March 19, succeeding the current commissioner, Major General Anthony Anderson, whose tenure concludes on March 18.
